About us
Midinvest Management Oy is a private equity management company owned by partners. We are specialised in ownership arrangements for small and medium-sized enterprises as well as growth funding.
We invest in Central Finland in companies whose turnover is typically under 10 MEUR.
Effectiveness
The funds managed by Midinvest Management have invested 60 mill. euros in more than 100 Finnish companies. The focus of the operations is and has been in Central Finland. The risk capital invested in companies operating in Central Finland amounts to 40 mill. euros and the funds have been allocated to 90 enterprises. We have invested in companies in all phases of the business cycle.
Team
Our team has a great deal of experience in operative and strategic management, internationalization as well as mergers and acquisitions, and financing.
Over the years we have executed approximately 100 different transactions.
