Midinvest has invested in VideoDrone Finland Oy, located in Muurame, Finland. The company was founded in 2013 and has four employees in addition to numerous subcontractors. Its turnover was 0.8 million euros in 2019.
“VideoDrone offers a complete solution for data collection from the air in an effective and environmentally friendly manner. Our solution is a ready-made or tailored system that includes design, manufacturing, training, and life cycle management. Our core value is to produce high-quality solutions and services for the needs of our customers. VideoDrone products are Key Flag Symbol [Association for Finnish Work] certified and made in Finland,” says founder and managing director Juhani Mikkola.
“VideoDrone Finland is an interesting company with widely appreciated high-quality products. Its customer base includes private and public organisations, both domestic and foreign. The company has achieved seven years of profitable growth and has significant further potential,” says Jukka-Pekka Nikula, managing director of Midinvest Management Oy. “Our aim is to invest in growth and exports in particular with the shared objective of reinforcing the company’s international capability by recruiting new management personnel.”
