Midinvest’s portfolio company Vamos Natural Finland Oy and Putinki Art Oy have agreed on a collaboration under which the Skandino® product family becomes part of Putinki Art Oy’s business. According to the agreement, Putinki Art acquires the rights to manufacture, market, sell, and distribute Skandino products. The arrangement also includes the commercial agreements, customer relationships, and e-commerce operations related to the products, as well as the rights to utilize the manufacturing molds and global intellectual property rights. Skandino is a Midinvest portfolio company, with company founder Emmi Lemmetty as a significant owner.

In addition to Finland, Skandino’s retail and wholesale network covers clients in countries including Germany, France, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Italy, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, the United Kingdom, and Japan.
