Pinja Seppälä appointed as Compliance Director at Midinvest

Jyväskylä-based private equity firm Midinvest Management Oy has appointed Pinja Seppälä as the company’s Compliance Director. Seppälä started in her position in August 2026. In her new role, she is responsible for Midinvest’s regulatory and stakeholder communications, financial administration, and tasks related to the preparation of investment targets.

Seppälä joins Midinvest from a multidisciplinary project company specializing in innovations and renewable energy. She brings with her extensive expertise in corporate operations.
